The new website is available and ready to start using. It's not perfect (neither am I since I lost my propeller beanie), but I think it will meet our needs until I work out some bugs in the software I really wanted to use.
The website is at http://encouragers.texcetera.com. If you send an email to the secret email address it will automatically be posted on that website. Sometimes it takes awhile--which is why I'm not satisfied with this site--but eventually it will show up. It's also not obvious how to post pictures, so it's probably best to just email me any images you'd like to have posted.
Speaking of pictures....The first entry in "Links" on the right side of the page is Encouragers, where the class pictures are located. (If your photo is missing, please let me know so I don't have to come looking for you!) Below that are links to web pages belonging to members of our class. If you will send me your website address I'll add you to the list.
Finally, if anyone in class has good technical Internet skills and would like to help me maintain the site, applications are being accepted. You will have to negotiate your pay rate with Marty, though.
So go ahead and start posting your interesting stories, tasty recipes, favorite (and not so favorite) books and movies. If you have any problems or suggestions, please give me a call.
