SAUSAGE CRESCENT ROLLS
1 lb. Jimmy Dean (HOT) sausage
1 8 oz. cream cheese
2 large pkgs. Crescent rolls
1 egg white, slightly beaten
Preheat oven to 350. Brown sausage and drain well. Add cheese to hot sausage and stir until cheese is melted and mixture is creamy. Cool completely. Separate crescent rolls into 2 rectangles. (Press perforations together to seal) Form "log" of sausage mixture lenthwise down center of each rectangle. Fold over long edges to cover sausage log. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, seam side down. Brush with egg white. Bake 20 minutes until crest is golden. When cool, slice. This can be made ahead of time and frozen.
HAM CRESCENT ROLLS
1 lg. pkg. Cresent rolls
1 8 oz container SOFT cream cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped ham
2 tablespoons finely chopped stuffed green olives
Seal perforations of crescent rolls to form a large rectangle. Spread the softened cream cheese lenthwise down the center of the rectangle. Sprinkle with ham and chopped green olives, pressing lightly. Fold over long edges to cover mixture. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, seam side down. Brush with egg white. Bake at 375 for 15 - 17 minutes or until golden brown.
